Great Kid, Great Attitude towards Homelessness

My son and I were heading to the Bronx for the first time from the UES.
When the train came we entered and were immediately overpowered by a horrible smell.
We saw an obviously homeless man defecating in the corner of the subway car.
We immediately got out and entered the adjacent car. A minute later my son began to cry.
"Why are you crying?", I asked him. Through his tears he said, "I feel so bad for that man Daddy."
One empathetic kid
